the receptionist seemed abrupt in the evening. there was quite a bit of waiting at the bar. the coffee machine at breakfast produced an awful black americano. it only filled half the mug! the parking information was conflicting too.

the room looked tired, and the carpet had stains. the shower also had some mildew. i mentioned it, but they said they were aware of these minor issues. it was still disappointing.
